Condolences
Three years ago on September 11th Russia was shocked by the terrorists' attack on the US. Many of us, Russians from all over the country, sent heartfelt words of condolence, support and sympathy to the American people - those we knew personally and those we never met. These days Russian teachers of English are receiving letters of condolences which are addressed not only to them personally, but - TO THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE.
We are publishing some of them in this special issue and we are saying THANK YOU for sharing our grief.
