Students choose a plot and characters and write the dialogues. Then they e-mail them to their friends or to the teacher. 2) iteslj.org/ Internet TESL Journal (For ESL/EFL Teachers) The site contains articles on e-mail projects. Students can send their e-mails to their pen-pals, their friends, the webmasters of the websites they visit or to their teachers.

The material in this site is aimed toward high intermediate or advanced English learners who have never taken a formal English writing course and whose TOEFL score is about 500 or more. The main objective of this site is to help non-native English speakers write for the US academic audience which necessarily includes organization of ideas, the single greatest problem among many non-native speakers.
